If you're wanting to buy a home right now, I would remember that interest rates are very, very low right now. Nobody is too sure about how long the Federal Government will keep these rates low, so the sooner you buy, the better off you will be. If you wait too long, you risk being priced out of the market. You can buy your dream home right now, but in a few months you may have to settle for much less.
Now on the flip-side, if you're looking to sell your home, right now is a fantastic time to do so because inventory is very, very low. You can't exactly name your price right now, but you can sell for top dollar in a matter of days. Buyers will be fighting over your home if it's in good condition and priced right.
